Lawsuit in Detroit

Sean Harrington, a business man operating in Detroit, has filed a lawsuit against the city claiming Detroit Police used excessive force against him. The lawsuit is being filed in light of a dispute Harrington had with a former employee. A security camera caught the employee taking food from a refrigerator without permission which prompted the confrontation with employee and Harrington. Detroit Police arrived on the scene later and arrested Harrington charging him assault.
